You can choose from several secure payment methods.
Pay by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and others) and via Google Pay or Apple Pay.
Yes — we use secure HTTPS and process payments via Stripea, which is PCI‑DSS Level 1 certified. Card data does not pass through our system: it is encrypted, tokenized and verified with 3D Secure authentication when necessary.
You can easily apply a promotional code or gift card in your cart or at checkout. Look for the “Promotional Code” or “Gift Card” field, enter your code, and click “Apply.”
We currently have no active promotional codes, but you will receive an automatic quantity discount:
- By purchasing 3 of the same products you get a 3% discount.
- For 5 of the same products you get a 5% discount.
- If you buy 10 or more of the same products, the discount is 10%.
A payment can be declined for several common reasons. Most often, these are problems with 3-D Secure verification, insufficient funds on the card or incorrect data.
Here's what you can do:
- Check the details: Carefully check that all card details (number, expiration date, CVV) have been entered correctly.
- Try again: Sometimes a temporary problem can be resolved by trying the payment again.
- Another payment method: Try another card or one of the alternative payment methods we offer.
- Contact your bank: If the problem persists, contact your bank. They can see the exact reason for the decline and help you.
- Contact support: If the bank cannot help, contact our support with order details.
We currently do not accept payments via internet banking (direct deposit to account).

- Note: Payment is made exclusively in euros (€); you will see the final amount before confirming the order.
Yes — you can cancel or change your order before it's been packed or shipped. We process requests as quickly as possible and try to stop the package as soon as possible.
How to proceed:
- Hurry up: contact us via the "Contact" page at the foot of the website (ideally within 30-60 minutes).
- Contact: Send your order number and what you want to change/cancel.
- Status: If the order has already been shipped, we can arrange a refund after delivery.
- Exceptions: Some products or promotions may have special rules; we will inform you in our response.
Yes — once the package has shipped, shipping costs are usually incurred regardless of the return. If you cancel the day after shipping, we will charge the actual shipping costs and process the refund for the product once the package has been returned and inspected.
How it works:
- After shipment: Shipping is charged by the delivery service regardless of delivery.
- Refunds: We will refund the amount for the product less the shipping cost (and any restocking fee, if applicable).
- Product condition: The product must be unopened and undamaged (unless otherwise agreed).
- Deadline and proof: Send the order number and confirmation that you are refusing receipt, so we can speed up processing.
We charge VAT (value added tax) which is calculated according to the location your order is shipped to. Since we ship exclusively within the European Union, there are no additional customs duties.
What does this mean for you:
- VAT included: The price you see at checkout already includes the applicable VAT for your country.
- No hidden costs: There are no additional customs fees or import duties.
- Transparency: We clearly display all costs before you confirm your order.
Payment is made exclusively in euros (€). We do not support payment in local currencies.
What does this mean for you:
- Bank conversion: Your bank will automatically convert from your local currency to euros at its exchange rate.
- Display of prices: All prices on our website are shown in euros.
- Transparency: The final amount in euros will be clearly displayed before confirming the order.
You always receive an invoice for your order by e-mail. It is included in the same message with the tracking number, sent as soon as your order is handed over to the delivery service.
What if you can't find the account:
- Check email: search your mailbox (including Spam/Promotions) by sender or order number.
- Contact us: if you can't find it, feel free to contact us with your order number and we'll resend it to you.
If you need to correct any information on your account (e.g. name, address, company name), please contact us via the “Contact” page at the footer of the website. Send:
- order number
- the exact data that needs to be entered
- the email from which the order was made
- Notes:
We make corrections as soon as possible and will send you an updated invoice by e-mail.
We do not make offers. To purchase, you must place an order through our website. After you complete your order and payment, you will automatically receive an invoice by e-mail with the details of your order.
