Orthomol junior Omega plus contains omega-3 fatty acids. Large amounts of these omega-3 fatty acids are found in fish oil, particularly eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which are polyunsaturated fatty acids and are integral parts of cell membranes (such as nerve cells), for example.
It contains iron as a contribution to the normal cognitive development of children. With vitamin B1 (thiamine), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6, vitamin B12, biotin, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin C, vitamin E and the mineral magnesium and the trace element zinc.

How to use
