The great innovation of Lunestil is not only the unique combination of these ingredients, but also the optimized way of releasing the components from the capsule.
The external capsule of the food supplement Lunestil contains 80 mg of lavender essential oil, which is thus first released and absorbed after ingestion. The relaxing and calming effect of lavender prepares you for a good night's sleep. Lunestil's delayed-release internal capsule will gradually introduce its components into the body approximately 1 hour after ingestion, so that the effect of Lunestil can be completed after you fall asleep. The inner capsule contains dry extract of the aerial part of passionflower, melatonin and vitamin B6.
Lunestil does not cause habituation, dependence or drowsiness after waking up.
How to use
Use: For adults over 18 years old. 1 duo capsule per day, 1 hour before going to sleep. It is taken with a glass of water, with or without food. Do not take Lunestil while lying down.
